Urban skimboard Pool is ready to rip

Took longer than expected to get the pool togther but it's just about ready to go. We have got an a-frame to mini quarter pipe set up in an 80ft pool. Come on down.

The DB crew will be demo ing at stadium highschool in Tacoma from noon to 4 today. Come check it out!

We are going to be setting up a pool and a ramp for Stadium High Schools Aquarama May 30th, 2009. The event is a celebration of watersports and will feature a variety of events, attractions, and vendors. Look out for the 100ft pool we will be setting up in the upper courtyard. We should start skimming around 10am.

Jordan Takes 1st in Skim/Wakeskate/Bungee Slider Contest

Jordan Heurtaux from Le Harve France competed in a kite board contest last weekend. As you can see the event lacked adequate wind so they organizers got out a bungee + a winch and turned it into a slider comp!

Jordan took 1st place in the contest riding his DB Streamline Skimboard. Congratulations to Jordan, these rails are huge! Nice work!

If Jordan keeps shredding like this we may be adding him to the regional shreds very soon.

Bryce and Richard Skim Blake's "secret spot"

Well we promised Blake we wouldn't give this spot up, but if you are skim around Dash Point with a little effort you can figure out where this secret bay is.

We took a couple hours off monday and got some much needed skim time. The sun was out and the temps were in the 70's. Found a sweet log on the shoreline so we made a quick log jib before the tide moved in.

On the way back we found blakes "secret rail stash" among the drift wood. Nice. We'll try those out next time.

Last Stop: White Rock, CANADA

Monday morning Emile and Isaac awoke to another Canadian day of sun and fun, as they headed down to East Beach White Rock for some a-frame and mystery (so cool were saving it for next years movie.."____") set ups. Both of the super shreds threw down consecutive first try show stoppers! The sesh ended, Isaac air dried his jammers, and back over the border they went....til' next time Canada, cheers eh.

Day #1: Vancouver, CANADA

Emile and Isaac had an awesome first day of their "mini" road trip. They skimmed Spanish for hours getting some sick footage for next years DB movie and chatted it up with the local groms who were stoked to get their hands on a free copy of "Nice Pop!". After shredding the beach they headed over to China Creek, Bonsor, and then White Rock skatepark where Emile got bah donk ah donk old school on a full pipe. Camped in White Rock for the night and now posting up at the local Starbucks. We'll be at East Beach White Rock today around noon...

Here we come Canada!

Taken just a few minutes ago, Emile and Isaac are now headed into Canada! Be at Spanish at noon.

Isaac and Emile Headed: White Rock and Spanish Banks THIS WEEKEND

DB team riders Isaac Thomas and Emile Panerio will be riding Spanish Banks this Sunday, and White Rock this Monday. We loaded them up with stickers and DVD's to give away at their leisure so hit them up for a game of skim, or just ask them really nicely.

Isaac's going to post updates as he goes (possibly?) but if you are in the area determinately say go sesh!

We were up in B-ham for Isaac and Tony's "Friendly Friday's." The Sun was out and there were a ton of new and experienced skimboarders sharing the water.

B-Ham Premier, wrap up + Photo contest

Bellingham showed DB a lot of love last Friday. Thanks to everyone who came, and sorry for everyone who didn't get a seat, we'll get a bigger room next time!

The premier was rad, hooping contest for a board.....brought out B-hams finest in an epic contest that will go down in WWU history.

DB Skimboards will be on Western Washington Univeristy's campus on friday. Come say what's up in Red Square from 11am to 2pm at our booth/tent set up.

The Movie Premier is going down in Miller 163 at 7PM apparently we forgot to put the time on the posters...it happens...sorry Chas!
